Banners
Banners unite lords under one name and tag. Together you share chat, announcements, and the race for dominance victory.
Founding
Once your villages in a world total at least 100 points, you may found a banner from the Banner page.
Choose a name (up to 25 characters) and a short tag (3–5 characters) shown beside member names on the map and in reports.
The founder becomes Bannerlord with every permission. Officers and sworn members join by invite or application.
Roles
The Bannerlord holds full control and cannot be removed while the banner stands.
Knights (officers) receive permissions from the Bannerlord: invite and remove members, handle diplomacy, edit the banner image and text, manage chat rooms, and post announcements.
Sworn members fight under the banner name. Their permissions depend on what officers grant.
Diplomacy
Banners with diplomacy permission may propose wars, pacts, and truces to other banners. Status appears on the political map and affects how you read threats on the frontier.
Dominance victory is banner-wide. Villages held by any sworn member count toward your banner’s percentage.
Banner court
The Bannerlord and Knights with the announce permission can write a banner-wide decree that lands as a royal letter in every sworn member’s inbox. Use it for march plans, warnings, or mobilization calls.
Banner image, name, tag, and description are shown on profiles and diplomacy screens. Keep them recognizable for allies and foes alike.
